Simply place the Liproguard in hot water (about 160°F / 70°C) for 30–60 seconds, then gently press it onto your lower teeth to shape it. Hold it in place until it cools and firms up — about one minute. If needed, you can reheat and remold it multiple times until it fits perfectly.
